- Recipe & brewing questions. If a ratio isn't working or a step isn't clear, tell us which recipe and what happened, and we'll help troubleshoot.
- Corrections. Found a factual error, a broken link, or a measurement that looks wrong? Please send it. We correct published articles and note significant changes.
- Product support. Problems downloading the Recipe Vault or the Bangkok Thai Tea Trail after purchase — include the email address you used at checkout and we'll re-send your download link.
- Business & partnerships. Sponsorship, licensing, or press enquiries. Note that we don't publish paid guest posts or sell do-follow links.
