Pillar 1: The Brew Lab

Efficiency at Scale: Batching & Concentrates

For the daily Thai tea drinker, brewing cup-by-cup is a ritual—but sometimes you need speed. A high-quality concentrate allows you to whip up a professional-grade iced tea in under 30 seconds.

The 4x Concentrate Ratio

1 cup of loose-leaf Thai tea to 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, strain immediately, and store in a glass bottle.

Storage & Shelf Life

Your concentrate will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. We recommend using a clean, airtight glass bottle to prevent the tea from absorbing other fridge odors.

The Sweetened vs. Unsweetened Debate

We recommend storing your concentrate unsweetened. This gives you the flexibility to use different sweeteners (Stevia, Coconut Nectar, or traditional Condensed Milk) depending on your mood or dietary needs for that specific cup.

Application: The Instant Latte

  1. Pour 1/4 cup of concentrate into a glass.
  2. Add sweetener of choice and stir.
  3. Fill with ice.
  4. Top with 3/4 cup of your preferred milk.
