Pillar 1: The Brew Lab

The Modern Steep: Cold Brew Thai Tea

Cold brewing is the ultimate hack for Thai tea enthusiasts who find the traditional method too heavy or acidic. By steeping in cold water for 12-18 hours, we extract the aromatic oils without the harsh tannins.

The 12-Hour Ratio

Use 1 cup of Thai tea leaves to 4 cups of filtered cold water. Combine in a large glass jar and refrigerate.

Why Cold Brew?

The "Nitro" Texture

For an ultra-modern experience, take your cold brew concentrate and shake it vigorously with ice and a splash of oat milk in a cocktail shaker. The result is a creamy, micro-foamed "Nitro" Thai Tea without the need for a nitrogen tap.

Serving Your Cold Brew

Since the base is cold, you don't need to over-ice it. Pour 1/2 cup of concentrate over a few cubes, add your preferred sweetener, and top with a thin layer of cream or milk.
